Help with using the On-Line Shop

This section is designed to help deal with any questions you might have about using the On-Line Shop, please note that all Menu Options referred to are those available within the Shop Site and not this web site.

Any questions that you have that are not dealt with here should be sent using the Enquiry Form provided above the Menu options on the left.

CURRENCY SELECTION

Click on the small icon in the bottom left corner, when you click on this icon you will see a drop down list from which to select your currency. Please remember payment is currently only accepted in UK Pounds, American Dollars and Canadian Dollars. You may do this at any time up to the point you confirm your order.

PAYING FOR GOODS

At the present time the only method of payment is by Cheque sent to the address shown in the Terms section. Goods will be despatched on receipt of the cheque.

SPECIAL ITEMS

A few items that are made to order, or are posted Registered Post have to be confirmed by email after the Order has been processed.

WANT TO KNOW HOW YOUR ORDER IS PROGRESSING

Email the Shop from the link on the Shop Page, quote your Order Number that was on the email you got from the shop at the time of placing the order.

IS THE ITEM IN STOCK

Use the Shop Email Address, include the Item Description and the Item Code.

This section will be updated as time goes on, if you would like to suggest an item that would benefit from being included in the Help section then let us know by using the Enquiry Form on the left.
